50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:
2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings

WOD – Monday 1/9/12

Row 500m 7x. In between rows intervals complete, 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 of burpees.

Example: row 500m, then 21 burpees, row 500m then 18 burpees, so on…..

WOD – Sunday 1/8/12

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.
