What do I need to do?

Contact us to schedule your first session. This session is always on us and there is no monetary obligation.

In your first session we will discuss your goals as well as evaluate your current level of fitness. From there, one of our qualified CrossFit coaches will put you through a brief and intense workout. There are three reasons for this:

  1. To evaluate you on your current level of fitness, strength and conditioning.
  2. For you to get a taste of what a CrossFit workout of the day (WOD) is like.
  3. To establish a benchmark.

Once our coaches feel you have gained the basic knowledge needed to perform more intense CF workouts, you will gradually be introduced to other CF fundamentals.

All you need to do is be open minded, wear athletic apparel and be willing to sweat. We’ll take care of the rest!
