What happens after my first introduction?
Athletes must demonstrate satisfactory knowledge of the material covered before being allowed to attend the Workout of the Day (WOD) classes.
Training sessions are approximately 55-60 minutes long and consist of several components: warm up, skill practice, movement preparation, followed by a workout. We place a heavy emphasis on mechanics and performing a movement correctly to ensure your confidence, safety and results.
You will be in a setting with a CrossFit coach at all times, so be mentally prepared to be pushed and motivated like you have never been before!
