A few of us discussed the CFSB bias program on Saturday. For those that are interested, 

I am in the middle of week 5 of my first 6 week cycle. Based upon the results, I will be sticking with the CFSB program. After week 6, I will take a 1/2 week break followed by 2 weeks of mainpage WODs then on to my second CFSB cycle.

And for Chongo...I am contemplating going "Paleo for athletes". I will be picking up the book and if I start, I will let you know how it goes.
