If you want to participate in the FGB IV event this year, go to the site and register.
In the right hand corner:
To my knowledge, there is no minimum to participate. However, if you want a tshirt, I believe you have to minimally raise $150.
Remember the proceeds go to 2 great causes! If you have questions about the event or how to register, ask me!

Monday through Thursday the evening classes begin at 5:30pm. We ask that members show up about 5-10 mins early to begin the warm up so the trainers can start the classes on time.
Also, you may have noticed that trainers are down at the gym before 5:30pm, this is so they can get their workout in prior to class beginning. We ask that members refrain from starting your warm-up until the scheduled class time.
Thank you,
Mike Lampley

I have signed MM CrossFit up for Fight Gone Bad IV prostate cancer fundraiser. Last year was MMCF’s first year participating and we raised close to $3000. I am having some problems with the FGB IV site, so when available I’ll post the link for members to register and raise money. Last year there was no minimum amount required to participate. However, if you wanted a t-shirt you had to raise at least $150. I’m not sure if those details are the same for this year. Once available, I’ll post the information.

If you have a truck/car and some time to spare, see you at the old location on Railroad to begin moving equipment. We’ll see how motivated Chongo and Lampley were. They got a little early start.
Who knows… maybe a post move WOD to break in the new grounds?!?!?
