Wod – Happy 4th of July!!

On the minute

Perform the following on the minute for 8 minutes:

2 Power Snatches @ 80%-85% of 1 RM
3 Handstand Push Ups

For every round not completed, complete 1 minute of Kalsu.

**Kalsu is 5 burpees and as many 135lb thrusters as possible in 1 minute**

Holiday Schedule

Sunday, July 4th class will be the same:

9am and 10am

Monday, July 5th:

There will be no morning class (5:30am). There will be a class at 5:30 pm.

Complete as many rounds in 15 minutes as you can of:
50 pound dumbbell Push jerk, 5 reps
7 Box jumps, 30 inch box

Nick with a 30″ box and 5 plate stack!!
