These are Squat Cleans.

Great job today everyone! Especially Kyle who set a PR tonight hitting 225lbs!! Lucas hit 115lbs tonight after only starting CrossFit 2 weeks ago. Andrea represented the women with a 125lb, with Laurie right behind her at 120lbs.

Wod – Tuesday 6/29/10

Set a cone at 20 meters. Five rounds for time of:
185 pound barbell Overhead walk, 40 meters
30 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball
95 pound barbells Farmer carry, 40 meters

The barbells must be turned around the cone.

Jenn and Mike W. deserve a big hand for getting through this workout today, especially since this is their first week doing CrossFit. Matt H set a new Pr today at 21:20 Rx’d. The fastest time goes to TJ at 12:21. Great job everyone!
