FGB but 5 rounds of each exercise and 10 reps per exercise each round.
FGB – Championship
Row – 10 calories
Push Press (m)#95/(w)#75 – 10 reps
Box Jumps 20” – 10 reps
SDHP (m)#95/(w)#75 – 10 reps
Wall ball #20 – 10 reps
5 rounds for time with 1 minute rest after each round
