MMCF in Livermore, CA

For:
Fundraiser for the Wounded Warrior Project and Prostate Cancer Foundation

The Fight Gone Bad workout consists of five exercises, performed for one minute each, with one-minute breaks given after all exercises have been completed. This five-station rotation is then repeated three times per person.

Basic Rules:

  • Notify MM CrossFit that you will be participating in the event by 9/25/08.
  • Register by 9/25/08.

The Prostate Cancer Foundation is a registered 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization. If you make a donation, your contribution is tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law. You will receive a receipt by email or you can print your online confirmation page for your records.
