WOD - 08/13/09

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Post number of minutes completed to comments.

Row 250m
100 Wall balls

Partner 1 rows 250m while Partner 2 throws wall-balls. Once Partner 1 reaches 250m, switch. Continue this until 100 wall-balls have been throw by each partner.
