Row 20 cal
20 push press 75/53
20 box jumps
20 SDHP 75/53 (can be done with a bar or kb)
20 Wall ball 20/14
1 min rest between rounds record total time with rest.

You think regular box jumps are hard, try a pool jump out of 3ft of water.


Prescribed weight finished in 27:46. This was a tought workout. I almost puked in round two.
