30 yard shuttle run.  Run 5 yards touch ground with hand, run back then run 10 yards touch and back again.

3R 3L Kettle bell snatch  #70/#53
5 pull-ups
5 Clap chest push ups
5 box jumps “30/”24

1 to 1 work/ rest ratio

If your first round is 1:35 seconds rest 1:35 seconds before starting next round. Do the same for all rounds rest the length of time it took you to do the round.
