I was hoping for higher, but hit that wall fast!
Crossfit’s not the same without you all. I’m training myself now because of the increased cost. It’s hard to push meself without anyone screaming at me. I know my times can be better, so I’ve been adding exercises to some of the WOD’s to make up for the decrease in intensity. One thing I can’t stand about this gym is everything is in Kilograms! … ugh. I have to bring a calculator evvvery time.
Keep up the training..all my bumper plates here at home are all kilos…trust me, you will get used to it. It is certainly harder to generate intensity on your own..it just takes a bit more effort. Start right down your times and weights..www.logsitall.com is a pretty cool online tracker for Crossfit workouts.

Could you post the top couple of times for the Wod’s ? It would help greatly in setting a benchmark for me to set my time goals for.
