For time:
50 Ring Dips, substitute
Run 400 meters
50 Push-ups
Run 400 meters
50 Handstand push-ups, substitute, just need assistance
Run 400 meters
Push-ups are honest push-ups. Handstand push-ups are “nose to floor”.

Hey guys (and gals)-
Big thanks for a great WOD today! You’ve got a great thing going and everyone is smoking–Thanks to Jamee Chris and Khristie for making me feel welcome form the moment I stepped in and to Mike and Holly for pushing me on the WOD. Look forward to working with you all next time I’m through and also to seeing you at the Climb California Event in March (where we will kick butt!) :^)
