To date there are now 7 CrossFit teams participating in the California climb. I suspect that there will be some very good times put up by some of our elite athletes. How about a little friendly competition between affiliates? Total money raised? Fastest climber? Best average time? Please consider participating; it’s a good WOD and for a good cause!

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
