So, this was my first time doing cleans, and I definetly need to work on my form. I tried 135, but decided on 115 and did this for about 30 reps, but was starting to really compromise form the last 5-8 so I dropped down to 95 and finished the reps ( I know, I know). We dont have rings or a dip bar at the firehouse so I did seated dips , going as deep as I could.Good work out but I think my back will be feeling it.
