Keith’s Random Gym Day On Monday

Hey Crossfitters. Saturday’s 2:30 group was awesome. There were lots of people doing Jamee’s wish…for everyone to do the “Bear”. What a workout. I will be opening the gym on Monday at 2:30 again. If you can make it, show up! It’s a great time.

I know some of you work in public safety. If you do, bring your agency’s patch in and post it on the wall. I put mine up there. I have seen this in other CF gyms and it is pretty cool to see who is represented. What if your agency doesn’t have a patch (Livermore-Pleasanton Fire for one)? Then find a way to represent your agency!
