WOD - 9/25/08

10 round for time:

100 jump rope or whatever you can do in 1 min.
KB snatch 53#/35# 15 reps or what ever you can do in 1 min.

Each round switch hands.  Begin with the right side, then jump rope, switch to left side, then jump rope and repeat until all 10 rounds are complete.
