By the way… nice work raising money!!! This is the first year MM CrossFit is doing the FGB Fundraiser. We set our goal originally at $1,500 and 10 participants. We quickly saw the response and increased the goal to $2,000 and 15 participants. We have made the money goal and some. We just need the remaining people wanting to participate to sign up. Please do so today.

100 jump rope or whatever you can do in 1 min.
KB snatch 53#/35# 15 reps or what ever you can do in 1 min.
Each round switch hands. Begin with the right side, then jump rope, switch to left side, then jump rope and repeat until all 10 rounds are complete.

FGB III is this Saturday.
This is the last week to sign up and reach our team goal. Please remember to bring your support with you on Saturday; Mom’s, Dad’s, kids, friends whoever you want.
We will also be having a BBQ/pot luck after the event. If you can bring a side dish, soda, beer, water or whatever you can that would be great. It doesn’t have to be ZONE friendly. There will be lots of supporters not following the ZONE.

Fight Gone Bad III
When:

Time:
Start at 9am, but will go as long as people are participating (then have a BBQ)
Where:
MMCF in Livermore, CA
For:
Fundraiser for the Prostate Cancer Foundation
The Fight Gone Bad workout consists of five exercises, performed for one minute each, with one-minute breaks given after all exercises have been completed. This five-station rotation is then repeated three times per person.
Basic Rules:
The Prostate Cancer Foundation is a registered 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization. If you make a donation, your contribution is tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law. You will receive a receipt by email or you can print your online confirmation page for your records. Any donation of $250 or more will also receive a letter acknowledging the donation.

Fight Gone Bad III - September 27th
Many of you have expressed an interest in participating in the FGB III Fundraiser that will be hosted at MMCF on September 27th. Even if you can’t donate at this time, we’re asking that you register your name with the team so we know who will be participating. If you’re unfamiliar with the workout, there will be plenty of people there to guide you.
This year, in addition to raising money for prostate cancer research, 25% of all proceeds will go to The Wounded Warrior Project (2 great causes)! And lastly, for the second year in a row, Safeway will match every dollar raised up to $1 Million.
After the event we will be having a Friends and Family BBQ. So bring your friends and loved ones to share in this day.
