MMCF 1 Million Meter Row
There have been a lot of meters rowed since we began this challenge. Now that membership has increased, we are running out of room to place names on the sign-in sheet on the wall. We need a separate recording for each person to get credit for the entire team. If you have access to a computer, please enter your meters in the Concept2 online log book and you can print out your results. We will be doing a status check the end of September to see where we are at as a team towards reaching our goal.

Please remember to sign up! We’re a little over a month away from the event. If you know someone interested in sponsoring you, the website allows you to send emails to them. Not only does the money go to 2 great causes, the donation will serve a tax write-off to the full extent allowed by law.
MMCF 100 Burpee Challenge
Are you keeping up? It will show when we get to 98, 99 and 100. Those will be done in the gym together. Each day lists where we are at. If you have missed days, make them up. If you haven’t started, buy-in. If you’re caught up — Great job!
