How fit am I?

Everyone always wants to be able to answer the question, “How fit am I?” CrossFit LA (aka Petranek Fitness) has created a list to help you answer this question.  It is divided into different categories and levels: (1) apprentice, (2) craftsman, (3) expert and  (4) elite.  It’s a nice way to measure and establish goals for your progress.  Not having everything in one category is not intended to be a negative just a way to work towards becoming stronger and more fit.

Click here to view the categories.  Remember CF is scalable.  Therefore, you may find that you excel in body weight exercises, but need to work on the gymnastics movements.  Do the excercises you don’t like and anything is possible if you stick with it.
